Behind every well-run building is a well-staffed team. Ours just happens to be very short, extremely opinionated, and prone to napping on the job. Meet the grandkids who keep Quality Management, LLC running — organized into two separate but closely integrated divisions.
Division One
Our field operations branch. They handle curb appeal, quiet hours, move-in readiness, tree stability, and hallway diplomacy — usually before lunch.
Chief Curb Appeal Officer
Nava does a full walk-around of every property with a stick in hand, tapping anything that looks out of place. If the lawn isn't green enough, she sits right down in it until someone waters it. Her signature move: a smile so big that prospective tenants sign on the spot.
Head of First Impressions
Wide eyes, big opinions. Michael greets every new tenant with a look that says, "Welcome home, and yes, we already fixed that." He has never once lost a staring contest with a leaky faucet.
Vice President of Move-In Ready
Daniel is our vacant-unit specialist. He shows up in his crispest whites, points at the corners the painters missed, and refuses to sign off until the place sparkles. He also insists every hallway be sweepable in under four minutes.
Chief Landscaping & Tree Inspector
Shaul climbs it, hugs it, and reports back. Every tree, railing, and planter on our properties has been personally hug-tested for stability. His inspection report is one word long: "Strong!"
Co-Directors of Neighborly Relations
This duo handles the most important department of all: getting along. They hold hands on every property tour to demonstrate proper hallway etiquette, and they settle disputes with the ancient technique of sharing a snack.
Manager of Ground-Floor Operations
Leah reviews all flooring from the closest possible angle, crawling every walkway before we call it finished. Splinters, loose boards, and uneven tiles do not survive her quality inspection.
Division Two
Our resident-experience branch. Smiles, renewals, bathtubs, and floors all fall under their careful supervision.
Director of Tenant Happiness
Noa's job description is simple: make sure everyone smiles at least once during their lease. She has a 100% success rate. Renewal season is her favorite holiday.
Head of Lease Renewals
Atarah handles the long-term tenancy department with one very persuasive expression. Tenants come for a year and somehow stay for eight. We have stopped asking how she does it.
Chief of Plumbing & Bathtub Testing
Yonatan personally tests every tub on the portfolio, rubber duck in hand. If the water runs hot and the drain runs fast, he issues his official seal of approval: a thumbs up and a very big grin.
Junior Inspector, Floors & Foundations
Gabriel takes his job very seriously. He sits down on every carpet, rug, and hallway runner we install and gives it a long, thoughtful stare. If it passes, he says nothing at all — which is the highest praise in this company.
The Weiss branch office holds its quarterly board meeting in matching formalwear. Agenda items include tenant happiness, bathtub quality control, floor inspections, and who gets the last cookie. Motions pass unanimously, and the meeting always ends in a group hug.
Openings remain in the Snack Logistics and Elevator Button departments. Meanwhile, the grown-ups handle rents, repairs, and everything else.
